Quite interesting. Is this page reachable from the root of
cdimage.debian.org or does one need to know its exact location?

That might indeed be a good idea, but however, I seem to be on a tight
schedule (new boxes need to be online soon and I don't want to use
slink for them). Murphy loves me, so the official potato test images
might be released about five minutes after I finished burning my own
CD.
