making potato disks

Hi.

Has anyone here suceeded in using the (CVS) debian_cd to make a potato
disk set? Everything in binary-all is missing on the disk and there
are lots of broken symlinks left pointing there.

/mnt holds a fairly complete debian archive mirror (only the non-i386
binary directories have been exlcuded). I am using the current potato
mkhybrid which supports the -F option.

I have only added "local/binary-ARCH" to {slink,potato}/cd1.list and
the -F argument to MKISOFS_OPTS.

The log output contains:

PACKAGES:
Creating Packages-main for disc 1
find: binary-i386/admin/alien_6.42.deb: No such file or directory
find: binary-i386/admin/dpkg-repack_0.23.deb: No such file or directory
find: binary-i386/admin/locales_2.1.1-12.deb: No such file or directory
[lots more packages that live in binary-all]

Any ideas?
Giuliano.
