Subtle changes to debian-cd

I have made a few subtle changes to debian-cd.

1.  in debian_cd, I added an additional search for the
    location of the non-us override files for potato

2.  in potato/cd2.exras (mis-spelling) I deleted the file and
    added it correctly spelled (cd2.extras)
                                      ^^
3.  in cd2.list I removed the reference to non-us source code
    and to contrib source code.  This probably should have 
    been on the source disks anyway.
