I make new images.

 * Remove contrib/(about 200MB files) from potato2-i386.raw
   (But I think We should not remove contrib/ from Official CDs. We
   should make a contrib CD, shouldn't it?)
 * Move source/hamradio, source/interpreter and source/misc from
   potato4 to potato3.

Source CDs have only 10 MB for new sources.
