cdimage.debian.org is outdated

I just checked http://cdimage.debian.org/ and it was still referring
to 2.0 and mentioning the debian-cd package. Can someone please
fix this?

Also, the mirror in .nl disappeared a long time ago (ftp.wiggy.ml.org),
so it should be removed from there as well.
