Off the top of my head: the defaults for various extensions are
different on each architecture. For example, m68k includes the HFS
directory info, and i386 includes Joliet extensions.
I don't know why sparc and alpha are different (and only by 200k?).
Perhaps alpha is adding some boot info that shouldn't be there or
something.
IMHO discs 3 and 4 should be straight ISO discs with Rock Ridge
extensions; no need for Joliet or HFS on the source CDs. And they
should be identical.
