Yes, I know. This is a feature of the way multi-cd works. It's not pretty,
but it has been documented. As far as I can tell there is no better way of
doing things here, dselect is a bit too restrictive...

Possibly. Or maybe add the patch to mkhybrid for Debian, which might be
easier.
