my $0.02 is that it would be better to have a smaller ISO per arch
as i think this results in less bandwith needed overall.
it also means we can just drop each of the upgrade isos into the
3.0_r1 tree, e.g
3.0_r1/i386/debian-30r1-i386-update-1.iso
