Bug#724747: libbsd-dev modifies libelf-dev's /usr/include/nlist.h
If you have libelf-dev installed, and then install libbsd-dev, contents of
/usr/include/nlist.h (shipped by the former package) changes:
# debsums -s libelf-dev && echo OK
# apt-get install -qqy libbsd-dev
debconf: delaying package configuration, since apt-utils is not installed
