I think we're ready for it. I just uploaded the 9.1 man pages to
experimental. Please test this package.

It's a complete overhaul (most of debian/rules has been rewritten) and
has several enhancements compared to the one I uploaded to unstable.

But I'm less sure that I gathered all the right man-pages, didn't
screw up the deduplication (c.f.
http://dedup.debian.net/binary/freebsd-manpages and
http://dedup.debian.net/compare/freebsd-manpages/freebsd-manpages),
etc.
