Yes that's odd, freebsd-utils/9.1-2 was specifically marked as having
this RC bug, and AFAIK its migration didn't fix any other RC-severity
bugs in testing:

Could the release team perhaps age freebsd-utils/9.1-3 instead? That
may take care of this faster than doing a new upload.
