JFYI: We're aware of this problem and this is nothing you need to triage
if you feel like fixing porting problems.

This is not to worry about it. -lcap is Linux only and is needed for
mod_itk. It was definitively broken before but nobody noticed until now
because of #702475.

However, itk is going to disappear soon from our source so that this is
not a serious problem to be addressed. We may do something akin to

in a way it applies to kfreebsd, too. This leaves itk broken in the
package, but I guess that's something we can live with for the time being.
