This platform lacks a functioning sem_open implementation

Hi,
i'm looking at libv8-3.14 experimental build logs at [0],
and i wonder if there is a known workaround for this exception :

 ImportError: This platform lacks a functioning
 sem_open implementation, therefore, the required
 synchronization primitives needed will not function,
 see issue 3770.
