Bug#560127: freebsd-utils: Mounting /sys unconditionally breaks pbuilder --create

Hi,

I think this bug is fixed.  Recent report [1] indicates --create is working,
and I've been able to reproduce this myself in current sid (using
kfreebsd 8.2 and pbuilder 0.199+nmu4).
