Hmmm, in fact it looks like someone else unblocked it, so it's migrated
anyway.

Indeed.  I'm now thoroughly confused. :-)

As the freebsd-utils change has hit testing after all, is unblocking
ncurses to go with it sufficient, or do we need further changes?
