I don't have any need for mkuzip currently. I thought it
could help building CD images but more work needs to
be done before this can be useful.

May I suggest:
svn copy -r 3171 trunk/freebsd-utils branches/squeeze/freebsd-utils
svn merge -r 3200:3202 trunk/freebsd-utils branches/squeeze/freebsd-utils
it'd result in a cleaner history afterwards.
