That would need a change on the site, for monitoring we require the
mirror name to match its trace file, and currently that is
http://mirror.netcologne.de/debian/project/trace/mirror.netcologne.de

If you update MIRRORNAME in ftpsync.conf and let us know we can update
the mirror list to match.
