Partitions: only one partition + swap (all by default) + other disk with lvm not used during instaling

Comments/Problems:
Try the installation three times, in all cases it was not finished installing grub; it was in the step "Upgrading grub".

The disk I was installing on is a 240 GB kingston ssd A400.

In all cases grub seems to have been installed because it showed me at least when I started the computer, but at the time of setting the password (either newly created user or root) indicated "wrong password".
