Dear all,

with 6 votes in, and one week gone, the outcome of this vote is still in
doubt; here's an abstract of the vote calculation (a clearsigned verbose
version is attached):

So. We have a tie, and the voting period is over. I am quite confident we can
neither continue discussing (FD lost to M and H unanimously, and to W by 2),
nor allow smcv to vote (the voting period is over). We're left with the
Chair's casting vote (as per §6.3.2). So…

Dear Marga, as Chair, could you please make use of your casting vote to break
this tie?

Cheers,
    OdyX
