Bug#873857: Cannot use the screenshot button with keyboard

This is followup to #873854, see there for details.

In the graphical installer, I am not able to access the "Screen picture"
button in the bottom left corner with the KEYBOARD. When I use tab, the
visible focus (i.e. the element with the rectangle somewhere) moves
between the upper controls and the buttons in the bottom right corner,
but apparently the picture button never gets focus.
