Bug#767880: Debien-installer does not install lvm

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it _normally_ does install lvm on the target
system  (LVM installs have been possible with debian-installer for over
a decade, and generally work fine).

That being the case, you're going to have to be a bit more specific
about what you did in order to produce this behaviour: which version
of the installer you were using, what install media you were using
(i.e. CD, USB-stick, PXE boot etc.), what sort of machine you were
installing onto, and anything else you think might be relevant, or even
things that you think probably are not relevant -- the more detail the
better, please.
