In an install from businesscard CD, the CD is not used after the udebs
are loaded from it, and could be used for installing another machine in
parallell. But it's mounted, and locked. It would be neat if somehow d-i
knew the CD would not be needed anymore, and ejected it after loading
the udebs

This old bug is related to an installation from businesscard image
(unmount and eject CD when udebs are loaded from disc).
Since this image is no longer being build, this bug can be closed.
