After installation, the system was unable to boot:
"Gave up waiting for root device [...]
ALERT: /dev/mapper/vg1-lv1 does not exist. "
There was no lvm module!

cat /proc/cmdline :
BOOT_IMAGE=//vmlinuz-2.6.32-trunk-686 root=/dev/mapper/vg1-lv1 ro single

Ok, as it seems the installation is ok i am closing the installation report.
Actually I suspected it was an initramfs issue and discussed it on IRC if it
could be the same as #616689.

If it was a mistake, don't worry. Actually I (we?) learned about it.
If you liked the experience of analysing issues and digging into it
feel free to help digging other bug reports so we can make it better.
