Bug#616522: debootstrap: please use better default mirror (cdn.debian.net?)

debootstrap currently defaults to ftp.us.debian.org for the mirror.
This is not a particularly good default for anyone outside the US.

cdn.debian.net would be a better default, since it automatically
chooses the mirror closest to the user. Would it be possible to default
to that?
