debian-boot is the mailing list for Debian Installer development, so
it's njot likely that you'll get a lot of help here, sorry for
this. You may have better chanc ein debian-user.

You seem to have a problem with the archive signing key handling. I'd
suggest going through apt-key(8).

You should check whether the debian-archive-keyring package is
installed.
