Apologies if this mail's a bit of a misshape - once again I've stopped
receiving any mail from lists.debian.org, so I'm having to fake things
up from the d-l-e web archive.

"Due to reasons" is common enough in speech, but it's the kind of
technically redundant expression that annoys some people, so say:

           This was for various reasons

                             all the work required quickly.

("Timely" means "on schedule", which isn't quite right; maybe
"without delay"?  "In a hurry"?)

I'm standardising on "* content; * content; * content."

What exactly is the difference between selecting an en_GB locale and
selecting (British) English as your language? Does the latter just
set LC_MESSAGES=en_GB.UTF-8 for the d-i session?

When you say "still only possible", you mean this has remained true?

That's three verb phrases and a noun phrase, but never mind.
Standardise the punctuation, though.

  Many changes have been made to package selection, plus:
  * accessibility packages have been added to the GNOME task;
  * the laptop task has been modernized;
  * a SSH Server task has been added.

Where do those footnotes point?

What's "they"? Does it mean "All the links you need are there"?
