Bug#524556: fails to build in parallel (-j2)

Package: console-setup
Version: 1.32
Severity: normal

Fails to build in parallel (-j2) because Keyboard/kbdcompiler is not reentrant.

The temporary "temp.kmap" file should instead be created using mktemp()
facilities, or whatever the perl equivalent is.

I'd provide a patch but I'm perl illiterate :-) (and it's a trivial fix
anyway)
