Package: netcfg Version: 1.14 Severity: important During a vmware installation after DHCP configuration, netcfg proposes "localhost" as domain name. If I delete that and enter my own domain name, that new name does not get used. Instead the "search" line in /etc/resolv.conf refers to localhost. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-16.0508-2 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1)

This patch is included in netcfg since version 1.15. If the patch was wrong and did not fix this issue, please reopen the bug.
