[RFC] New udeb mv2120-udeb to signal d-i status via LED on HP mv2120

I'd like to upload a new mv2120-utils package with support scripts for
the HP mv2120 NAS device.  The package builds a mv2120-udeb which
currently contains a single script to change the LED upon startup:

I intend to put this udeb on the Orion initrd.  The script will only
run on a mv2120 device; on other machines it will do nothing.

Can someone please give it a review before I upload it to NEW.
