No. That really is totally outside the scope of basic installation. If you 
want anything like this you will need to script it yourself.

Essentially, what's described in the installation guide is what it does. 
Nothing more.

The installer has plenty of hook points where users can create almost any 
weird, creative functionality they want, but don't look at standard 
options for that. The "raw" Debian installer itself has only one function 
it installs a basic, working system.
