Depends on your spam protection/e-mail setup. Two possibilities:

1. Spamassassin blacklisting in ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs:

blacklist_from	unwanted@go-away.info

2. Filtering via ~/.procmailrc:

:1H
^From: unwanted@go-away.info
/dev/null

I'm sure there are other ways,
