according to the kernel sources, all architectures which do support PCI.

dpt_i2o has /dev/sdx style devices, while i2o_block has /dev/i2o/hdx as
device names. 
I think we should remove dpt_i2o from i386, and have all architectures
use i2o_block for the sake of consistency.
