Problem in Debian Sarge installation on Laptop Amilo A

Dear Debianners,

I am trying to install Debian Sarge from the CD for networking 
installation 3.1rc3 (Sarge) i386 on a laptop Fujitsu Amilo A 7620.

The first boot stop when trying to load yenta_socket module.

I have tried all theses parameters on boot :
vga=771 acpi=off noapic nolapic
and also :
hdc=noprobe hdc=cdrom
but nothing does.
