Bug#339282: partman-auto: complains about too small free space when there's 8GB free

I tried installing the last beta1 on a system with already installed W2K
partitions (3 primary partitions) and 8.2GB free space.
When arriving at the "Guided partitioning" step, I did choose "Use the
largest free space" option which seems to be the most usual case of a
Windows user having freed enough space and his system to be able to install
linux and finally See The Light (we used to call such user "Bob User" in the
past.
However, partman-auto then complained that "the chosen disk or free space
are probably too small for the automated partitioning to take place".
...which will probably appear *very* strange to our Bob User.
I currently have no clue whether this is a problem because partman-auto
wrongly computes the free space or if this has something to do with already
existing THREE *primary* partitions.
(BTW, I wonder what D-I would say in the case of already existing FOUR
primary partitions....a case where adding partitions is obviously impossible
but one should not say "not enough space" but rather have a special error
message)
