Logical : ssh keys are NOT automatically put in ~/.ssh on costa
(svn.debian.org), IIRC. costa!=alioth

You *should* be able to log in with your alioth password on costa (aka
svn.debian.org), then create a .ssh directory over there and put a ssh
public key in it.

Just try "ssh svn.debian.org"
