Bug#279601: installation: php odbc_connect fails eventhough isql is successful

php is aparently not set up to corectly use the unixODBC configured in
php v 4.3.9-1 build date Oct 5 2004. isql command connects using dsn
where as php from command line and from apache does not find dsn.
