Is earlier preseeding perhaps an option, i.e. changing the order to
something like this: network detection + config, load preseed url,
languagechooser ...

Do I have to file a seperate bug for these two problems?
Can I do anything to help debugging it?
The garbeling of the display seems to be timing related. If I run the
installer manually I do not see the problem but if it runs preseeded it
reproduces 100%.

Is someone working on this?
Can I check it out without being an official debian developer?

Kees.
