Bug#272562: [patch] make debian-installer/framebuffer=false work as documented

I tested that. The short story: the menu now comes up in the plain
framebuffer (no bogl). I then got some problems with partman, RAID
and LVM, which I have reported in another installation report
(#273343).

I noticed that the default value of debian-installer/framebuffer is
"false", so unless you set it to "true" on the kernel commandline, you
won't get chineese and arabian characters. I don't know whether that
default is architecture specific or not, and if it is even sensible to
set it to false per default on sparc. This needs some more thinking.
