I've just checked http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer to see if
a link is provided to the report-template and I see why I missed it -
lack of attention to detail on my part - I assumed that it was linked to
other "installation reports" below.
May I suggest additional wording?
After testing the Debian-Installer, please send us an installation
report [using the template provided], so we can track and fix any
problems you may find.
It might help the sloppy/busy like me ;)
