Bug#236069: partman - errors when reusing existing ext3

My hard disk also happened to has an ext3 partition that parted can
not check.  If this happens too often, then this unnecessary check
should be removed.

This is fixed in the CVS.

I can not reproduce this.  It is already fixed in CVS or probably
a newer version of partconf-mkfstab has changed something.
