Bug#222051: marked as done (ejects a random CD drive, not necessarily the one with the d-i CD)

Comments/Problems:
- During installation, my USB keyboard was usable; after reboot I manually had to modprobe hid.
- It seems that the first CD device is ejected after install, even if the install was from another CD device.
- It would be nice to have aptitude by default.
Overall it was a very pleasent experience!
