- Code cleanup.
Something in this change to netcfg breaks it, so after obtaining a dhcp lease,
it hangs. I have reverted this change, which modified the state machine so
was clearly the one at fault from amoung the recent changes.
This close to trying to get a release out, it is very important to test
your changes before committing them.
