I got some answers that lead me to conclude it is impossible to do 
Arabic on the NEW debian installer. The main problem is the darn bidi 
(bidirectional) which isn't supported by NEWT. I tested it uing 
NEWT-python binding and it did not work

Are there are work arounds or something ?
