Actually thats 4th or 5th stage. Or at least 3rd stage when starting
with stage -1 (debix boot), stage 0 (bootfloppy) or stage 1
(cdrom/net/hd boot).
Stage 2 would be after installing all the extra udebs.
Stage 3 is prebase-config or badse-config after the reboot.
