Bug#220868: More info

I thought that a

"debconf_fset(debconf, "partconf/partitions", "seen", "false");"

after an Abort would do the trick but that was obviously wrong.

With this line added, I hit Abort for the first time and was thrown to
the main-menu. Good.

Then I tried to execute partconf again, which did not work. Debconf's
debug message said "30: question skipped". Bad.

In despair I tried to enter partconf yet again, and behold: It worked.
Strange.

It has apparently to do with the priority, the question will be skipped
on all priorities > low, although the menu question of partconf is asked
with priority critical.
