Comments/Problems:
the installation program is unable to detect "modprobe tulip" went OK.
Autoprobe fails suggesting manual install, manual install ends in a
red screen, nevertheless tulip module gets loaded and eth0 interface is
alive. One can ignore the error and continue succesfully.
Note: in the case of official beta release from Nov 9, the
same problem is fatal. Moreover the Nov 9 release is unable
to spawn cfdisk (endless loop starting cfdisk)
