powerpc 2.4.22-3 kernel packages ready.

Hello,

I have prepared a new version of the powerpc kernel packages (2.4.22-3).
Again, they are still hold up in NEW, until a ftp-master deigns to find
time for looking at it or at least provide feedback about what is wrong
with them, but i have also made them available in the meantime at :

  http://people.debian.org/~luther/powerpc/2.4.22

These packages include new packages for all subarches, and a much
cleaned up kernel-build package (less than 2Mo instead of about 10).
They still contain a copy of the vmlinux kernel which could be removed
and taken from the kernel-image-2.4.22-<config>-pmac, but i don't know
if it is worth it.

If it is really needed, i could even go back from providing packages for
all subarches, and do the necessary wrapper thing in the kernel-build
package, providing a postinst maybe which would call the build script
and create the necessary wrapper as needed. Not sure it is a good idea
though.

Here is an extract of the changelog file since 2.4.22-1 in the archive.
