I got the following error when I tried to install from CD. This
happened after I choosed which extra udeb to install. I choose the
SCSI modules udeb.

I guess anna is waiting for something. I do not know what it is
waiting for.
If I do not choose the SCSI modules udeb, the install fails on another
udeb (nic-modules-shared-2.4.20-386-udeb_2.4.20-2_i386.udeb). I'll
investigate why the installation fail in my VMWare session, but my
point in this bug report is that anna should detect the failed
retriever, and return to the menu or do something else.

- Use popen in md5sum to avoid race conditions (Closes: #177591).
- Implement a somewhat sane scheme for determining default retriever (see
doc/retriever.txt). Also, lower the retriever question priority to
medium again. :)
- Change the build-dep on libdebconf1-dev to 0.29, 0.30 isn't in the
archives yet and we don't use progress bars yet anyway.
