Log Message:
* Change templates file to read 'pt_BR (Brazilian Portuguese)'
instead of 'pt_BR (Brazilian)'.
* Run debconf2po-update to reflect the above change to the others
<lang>.po files and templates.pot.
* Adjust pt_BR.po file to conform to the above change.
* Add README.trans file with important notes to languagechooser's
translator so tehy will not try to translate the contry code
from debian/language-nome options as per pere request.
