qlogic 2200 boot

Hi, 
	Trying to install Debian to a Xiotech Magnatude, Im having a hard
time with it but its working. I had to make a floppy with the module for the
qlogic 2200 on it, and that worked great, but when it came time to make a
boot disk, it dident load the module onto the boot disk. Am i doing
something wrong or is this a bug, that if you add a module from a floppy
that it dosent get put on the boot disk?

Any help would be great, ive got this Mag on eval and not a whole lot of
time left.
